If you are using any of our applications, you have agreed to our terms of use. As of September 23rd 2021, our terms of use include the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to ensure compliance with GDPR & CCPA.

We may update this list from time to time as our business needs change. SweetHawk takes active measures to ensure it complies with GDPR requirements if and when it engages subprocessors from other countries. In the absence of a privacy shield certificate, we request our subprocessors execute a DPA to ensure that we are GDPR compliant.
